At CES 2026, we got to tour ASRock’s booth, which included various products, so let’s start with a detailed coverage of what we saw.
ASRock Enters The AIO Cooler Market With A Mega Lineup of Taichi, Phantom Gaming, Steel Legend, Challenger, & PRO Series Designs
ASRock is entering a new PC market this year, with its line of AIO coolers. This move was kind of expected since other companies have also been expanding into different PC DIY segments. What sets ASRock apart is an extensive and powerful portfolio.
ASRock Taichi Series
Taichi is ASRock’s flagship brand, & ASRock is offering the Taichi Aqua 360 LCD as its “Supreme Flagship” design. The cooler will ship in a cool white color scheme and features a premium dual-pump design that can handle over 500W TDP while looking phenomenal with its 3.4″ front-laded LCD, a transparent flow chamber, and a precision flow indicator. The AIO ships with a thicker 38mm radiator and an all-metal water block, which gives that premium feel. Additionally, the trio of LCP fans with IP54 rating and copper allow-bearing hub that integrates an industrial dual-ball bearing design makes the fans run quietly & delivers lots of airflow.

Concept Taichi coolers were also displayed, with one design featuring a Taichi Gear with a spinning fan in the front that provided a holographic effect, while another saw a large magnetic display which could be mounted to the waterblock for an immersive and cool look inside your PC. These designs are conceptual at this point, but may see refined versions in the future.
ASRock Phantom Gaming Series
The ASRock Phantom Gaming 360 LCD is the flagship gaming AIO cooler with the same 3.4″ LCD, a vivid ARGB design, and TDP cooling of up to 360W. The magnetic waterblock is detachable, can be rotated, and features lots of customization options. The 360mm radiator has a 360-degree halo ARGB fan and comes in a single-frame design, which means that it’s easy to install and retains a 32mm radiator thickness. ASRock is using its FDB fans, while the pump makes use of a dual-side inlet design for super cooling.

ASRock Steel Legend Series
The ASRock Steel Legend series is positioned as the mainstream offering with Black and White themed models. These bring LCD-goodness and top-cooling capabilities to mainstream audiences with up to 350W TDP support, 3.4″ full coverage LCD with a magnetic waterblock, and full integration of ASRock’s PolyChrome RGB Sync software, triple Aerospace-grade LCP fans, and a dual-inlet design. Even more interesting is the fact that the waterblock employs a VRM fan, which offers additional airflow to the CPU, VRMs, and even an M.2 SSD.

ASRock Challenger Series
For its Challenger series, these are designed as your entrance into the AIO cooling with 360mm and 240mm Digital designs. Coming in both black and white color themes, with TDP cooling of up to 330 Watts for the 360mm and 300W for the 240mm design, these coolers offer a 3″ Smart Digital Display, brand-new 3-Phase, 6-Slot, 4-Pole motor for stronger flow, a ring-frame blade implementation for the radiator fans, and hidden cable routing which will ensure your PCs look clean from the insides. All ASRock coolers will ship with the latest Intel and AMD Quick-Release mounting brackets.

ASRock Pro Series
Lastly, we have the ASRock Pro ARGB series, aiming at the affordability segment with all-around designs that offer great performance without breaking your wallet. These feature a Dynamic ARGB waterblock with a similar pump as the Challenger series, and come with pre-installed fans in 360/240mm radiator designs, white and black color schemes, plus TDP support of up to 320W on the 360mm and 280W on the 240mm series.

ASRock Rolls Out Updated OLED & Blazing Fast 500Hz+ Monitors In Taichi & Phantom Gaming Flavors
It feels just like yesterday that ASRock launched its first gaming monitors, and since then, the lineup has expanded quite extensively. The company has made great strides in the gaming monitor segment, and is keeping it updated with the latest features available in the display market. With that said, at CES, the company showcased a full suite of new monitors within its Taichi & Phantom Gaming lineup, in all shapes and sizes, from Premium OLED designs to ultra-fast refresh rate IPS panels.
ASRock Taichi OLED Series
First in the Taichi series are the new TCO27USA, TCO27QXA, and TCO27QX. All three are OLED designs with the TCO27USA monitor featuring a 27″ QD-OLED panel, 4K UHD resolution support, up to 240Hz refresh rates, the stunning Taichi Lightning on the back, DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400 Certification, and AMD Freesync Premium PRO support. This monitor also comes in a white color model, which looks impressive.

The ASRock Taichi TCO27QXA is designed as a high-end 27″ QHD model with the same QD-OLED panel technology and up to a 500Hz refresh rate, making it perfect for super-fast gaming scenarios like esports.

There’s also the Taichi TCO27QX, which features a 27″ WOLED panel, and instead of sticking with one res and refresh rate config, it comes in a dual-mode configuration, offering 540Hz @ 2K or up to a blazing-fast 720Hz @ 720p. All monitors come with 65W USB Type-C PD ports, a set of DP1.4 + HDMI 2.1 ports, and other IO.
ASRock Phantom Gaming OLED Series
For its Phantom Gaming lineup, ASRock has two new and affordable OLED designs, the PGO27QSA and its white brother. These monitors offer a 27″ OLED panel with a resolution of up to QHD or 2K, & refresh rate of up to 240Hz. Both QD-OLED monitors feature AMD FreeSync Premium support, and with a new stand, expand the ergonomics with height, swivel, pivot, and tilt adjustment.

ASRock Phantom Gaming IPS & Mainstream Series
For mainstream audiences, ASRock has new additions in its Phantom Gaming lineup, such as the PG27QFW2A and the PG27QFW1B. These monitors feature a 27″ IPS panel with a 400Hz refresh rate, and up to QHD (2K) resolution. Both monitors come with integrated Wi-Fi antennas and will be priced very competitively.
Lastly, ASRock has its mainstream Phantom Gaming family in the form of three products: the PG27FFS2E, the PG27FFS2E-W, and the PG27FFS1A. These monitors feature a 27″ Fast IPS panel, a 240Hz refresh rate at FHD (1080p) resolution, and a 360-degree Swivel/Pivot adjustment. Expect prices on these to be very good and affordable for budget audiences.
More Affordable Intel/AMD Motherboards With 64 MB BIOS, Lots of Features, & A Simplistic Design
ASRock is known for its vast motherboard lineup, which has been around for several years, and was the product that kick-started the company. They cover several segments, and at CES, ASRock introduced its newest family, the ROCK series, designed for modern users with a modern set of features & affordability in mind.
For its ROCK series, ASRock is launching two AMD motherboards: B850 ROCK and B850M ROCK, and two Intel motherboards, the B860 ROCK and the B860M ROCK. These feature a simplistic and clean look with silver-colored heatsinks over the VRMs, M.2 slots, and the PCH, matching a wide variety of PC builds. All motherboards also come with an 8-layer PCB and a Dr.MOS power delivery, some features you find only on higher-end motherboards. The full ATX-sized motherboards adopt Wi-Fi 7 networking and 2.5GbE LAN ports, while the mATX options adopt WIFI6E which is still solid for mainstream wireless networking.
ASRock isn’t cutting down on features either, with full Gen5 x16 slots coming with Reinforced Steel Slot implementation, and Blazing M.2 Gen5x4 slots delivering up to 128 GB/s of bandwidth. The enlarged VRM heatsinks and M.2 heatsink provide more cooling to the internal components, while features such as EZ DIY make for an easy and seamless installation/debugging procedure.
All boards feature pre-installed IO shields, Post Status Checker, and BIOS flashback. Other than that, the motherboards carry a large 64MB BIOS, which ensures compatibility with future AMD Ryzen CPUs, and you also get PolyChrome Sync for a vivid ARGB/RGB lighting experience.
Additionally, ASRock also introduced brand new Challenger series motherboards, including the X870 Challenger WiFi White, X870E Challenger WiFi, B860 Challenger WiFi, and B850M Challenger WiFi (White)
Beautiful Graphics Are ASRock’s Speciality, Unveils Stunning Taichi 9070 XT White & Monster Hunter Edition
The Radeon RX 9070 XT Taichi OC White is a beautiful design, featuring the top Taichi cooler in a white color theme, and an LCD that provides useful statistics, such as graphics card system information (GPU temp., Fan RPM info…), clock, date, weather forecast, photos, and animations. The ARGB lighting and the top-notch Taichi 3x cooling system with a stylish backplate offer a great look on the card. But it’s not just a beauty on the outside, the internals are also strong with a 16-phase SPS PCB and the use of Phase-Change pads, which offer up to 3.1 GHz clock speeds without an issue.
Besides that, ASRock also offers its Radeon RX 9070 XT in a specialized Monster Hunter: Wilds theme, which looks great too, and comes in a dual-slot triple-fan cooling solution.
16-Pin Power Cables With Improved Protection & New SFX PSU Options
16-Pin connectors can be a hazard if not connected properly or if users decide to use unsupported cables. But ASRock has devised a safer 16-Pin cable with its new 12V-2×6 L-Type implementation, which has some unique features that offer higher protection.

Each L-Type cable supports up to 600W of power and is compliant with ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards. These cables feature a dual-color design, which gives you a hint of whether the cable is connected to the GPU and PSU properly. Plus, ASRock has added its very useful Cable Over-Temperature protection, which has already saved one user’s RTX 5090, who was using this cable. This cable ships with ASRock’s Taichi, Phantom Gaming, Steel Legend Platinum series PSUs, and has a 700mm length, plus the cable itself is backed by a 2-year warranty.
ASRock has also added even more PSUs to its fleet with the new PG-850PSF, which is a 850W Platinum-rated and SFX design. This also comes in a 1000W SFX design. There are also the new Steel Legend PSUs with 850W, 1000W, and up to 1200W designs. All new PSUs offer a modular cable design with Platinum ratings and ensure unprecedented power to your PC components. These also adopt the +5V Boost Mode tech, which offers voltage compensation to maintain optimal performance.
